Fax Once lets people send one fax at a time from an iPhone. If you got one you didn't want, we can stop it happening again.

How to stop faxes to your number

Email support@faxonceapp.com with your fax number. If you can, include the date and time of the fax and the name at the foot of the page. It costs nothing. Once we've added your number, Fax Once refuses every fax to it, and we'll write back to confirm.

Reporting a threat, a scam or harassment

Tell us what happened at the same address. We can stop the iPhone or Apple account that sent it. We don't keep the pages of a fax, so we can't show you a copy or tell you who sent it. If you are in danger, call 911.

A sexual image of a child

Don't send us a copy, and don't forward it to anyone. Report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678, or call the police. Then tell us the fax number, the date and the time, and we will stop that sender and make our own report.
