Email support@faxonceapp.com. If a fax didn't go through, include the number you sent to and the time, from your receipt in the app. Never email the pages themselves.

A fax failed

Your credit comes back on its own. Open Receipts to see why, and tap Try again. Common reasons are a busy line, no answer, or a number that isn't a fax line.

Where are my credits?

Open Credits in the app. Credits never expire. They are kept on your iPhone and in its backups. If you delete the app, restore your iPhone from a backup to get them back.

Restore a purchase

Open Credits and tap Restore Purchases. It asks the App Store for any purchase it hasn't delivered to your iPhone yet. Apple can't send a consumable twice, so credits that already arrived are not sent again.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded purchase removes its unused credits.

Limits

US and Canada numbers. Up to 30 pages per fax, cover sheet included. 10 faxes a day on one iPhone. Fax Once sends only and can't receive faxes.
